Air Lifting Bag are lifted by the volume expansion generated after the Air Lifting Bag is inflated. The Air Lifting Bag is inflated through the pressure reducing valve and high pressure hose, and the weight will be slowly lifted. According to specific conditions, multiple Air Lifting Bag can be used overlappingly to meet the requirements of lifting height.

  Air Lifting Bag operation steps

1, take the Air Lifting Bag out of the box, place the Air Lifting Bag at the place where lifting is required, and be careful not to place it on sharp objects ;

 2. Connect the quick connector to the Air Lifting Bag and close the air release knob on the control valve;

 3. Open the cylinder valve and manually control the control valve to let the compressed air slowly inflate the air cushion through the pressure reducing valve and the high-pressure hose. After the Air Lifting Bag is inflated, the volume expands, the weight is lifted by the slow bun, and the Air Lifting Bag is in working condition. At this time, it should be absolutely noted that the lifting height is less than the maximum working height of the Air Lifting Bag;

 4. Air Lifting Bag can work alone or overlap to increase the lifting height. When overlapping, be careful not to tilt the air cushion to prevent the air cushion from falling down. The Air Lifting Bag can use on-site items such as wooden boards to increase the lifting height; repeat When lifting, you can place wooden boards and other objects on both sides of the Air Lifting Bag after a single lifting, and deflate the Air Lifting Bag to restore the air lifting bag to the original height. At this time, the weight of the lifting object is fully compressed on both sides of the wooden boards. For other objects, you can place wooden boards and other objects under the Air Lifting Bag, and then lift them. In this way, the lifted objects can be lifted to the required height.

 5. After the earthwork is lifted, the cylinder should be closed first, and then the air release knob on the control foot should be turned on to manually control the control, release the compressed air in the Air Lifting Bag;

6. Close the control valve, remove the quick connector, and pack it.
